Zila Ghaziabad film is a biopic, depending on the well known mobster Omprakash alias Babloo Srivastava's lifestyle.
The film is depending on a war between two competing categories of Gurjars. One led by Satbir Gurjar (played by Vivek Oberoi) and the other led by Mahender Fauji Baisla, performed by Arshad Warsi during 1990,s and the part of questionable Thakur cops wala Pritam Singh. (a sequence of actual lifestyle incidents) which occurred in Ghaziabad.
The Place around Ghaziabd and NOIDA is Gurjar taken over since old periods. Mahendra Fauji Bainsla was an ex serviceman Native indian Military and had battled in the Indo Pak conflicts of 1965 and 1971.
